Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept Returns and cannot provide Exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect, damaged, not the size you requested, or otherwise improperly manufactured. Pappadum will gladly help you exchange that item for a replacement to match your initial order. All of our items are manufactured to order. We do not provide refunds.

Please double-check all sizing and color choices before ordering. We encourage you to utilize the size guides and measuring instructions provided on our product pages to make certain you are ordering the correct size.

In the unlikely case you received the wrong item, it is damaged, not the size you requested, or otherwise improperly manufactured, please email us at orders@pappadum within 7 days of receipt to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used.

Until an item is in production, the order can be cancelled (see Order Cancellation below). Once in production, items delivered as ordered cannot be returned, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for a different item, design, size, or color.

As stated in our Shipping Policy, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at orders@pappadum.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive transit and delivery confirmations.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Before an item goes into production, the order can be cancelled. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. If an item is produced by one of our printing partners, this is typically within 2 hours.
