HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Pappadum offers two options for shipping, which you will be able to select during the checkout process. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product purchased and the zip code of the destination.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders typically arrive within 7 business days from the date of purchase. If Expedited shipping is selected at checkout, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a separate email with tracking information. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us orders@pappadum.com.
If you have an account, you may also visit the “order history” page and click on the order number to view your order details and tracking information.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and cannot provide exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect, damaged, not the size you requested, or otherwise improperly manufactured. Pappadum will gladly help you exchange that item for a replacement to match your initial order. All of our items are manufactured to order. We do not provide refunds.

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you received a product that was damaged, please contact us at orders@pappadum.com.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Occasionally, individual items or orders may get cancelled if the item you selected is no longer available. Any cancelled items will be fully refunded.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please contact us at orders@pappadum.com as soon as possible, and we will try to assist you with your order update.
Once an order has been processed with our print partner, we cannot modify or change a shipping address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Pappadum is not responsible for lost packages. If a package has shipped but is not marked as “Delivered” by the United States Postal Service’s and UPS’ tracking systems after 14 days, it will be considered lost. In such cases, Pappadum will either replace the item or issue a refund to the customer.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the United States Postal Service and/or UPS, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Pappadum LLC is not liable for stolen packages and cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items that have been confirmed as “Delivered” to the provided shipping address.
